About

Jasmine is a U.S. registered and board-certified art therapist who completed her clinical training at New York University. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings, include healthcare, community organisations, and educational institutions. Her professional background encompasses work in psychiatric hospitals, after-school care centres, day programs for refugee youth, and staff wellness initiatives.

She employs a person-centred, humanistic approach to therapy. She focuses on cultivating a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through creative expression, her clients are supported in processing emotions, gaining self-understanding, integrating their experiences, and building resilience to foster personal growth.

Before training in art therapy, she was engaged in research and community projects dedicated to serving underserved populations. This work included supporting immigrant and low-income families in New York City, and neurodivergent children and their families in Hong Kong.
