區慧妍女士是一位經驗豐富的心理治療師(MBACP)和藝術治療師(HCPC),擁有多年臨床經驗。她擅長運用心理動力學取向藝術治療、人本主義、靜觀認知治療等方法,為個案制定合適的治療方案,協助受輔者逐步釐清問題根源,找到屬於自己的改變方式;例如工作和家庭壓力、關係困難、伴侶溝通及婚姻問題等,以至於童年創傷及各種情緒症狀(如抑鬱、焦慮、強迫症等),從而實現由內到外的改變。

區女士現於香港心理輔導中心私人執業,早年曾於英國接受專業培訓,取得當地心理學及藝術治療碩士學位,曾於英國及香港多個臨床機構工作,累積了豐富的跨文化實務經驗。回港後,成為香港首位駐校藝術心理治療師,專門協助青少年及其家庭面對成長的挑戰,例如網路成癮,輟學,親子和朋輩關係問題,適應困難等,形成貫通不同生命階段的臨床視野。除臨床工作外,區女士現為香港中文大學教育心理學系、課程與教學學系,香港教育大學幼兒教育學系兼任講師,持續投入專業研究與培訓近20年,確保臨床工作與時並進。

區女士相信,透過與治療師建立互信關係,受輔者可以在安心的環境下,運用圖像/創作探索潛藏於意識下一直影響自己行為及情緒的問題根源,從而實現生命的深度轉化和改變,為生命重新定位。憑借豐富的經驗和專業知識,區女士以真誠陪伴每一位受輔者經歷寶貴的心路歷程。


Ms. Regina Au is a Registered Psychotherapist (MBACP) and Registered Art Psychotherapist (HCPC) with extensive clinical experience. Her practice is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy and enriched by person-center and mindfulness-based cognitive approaches. Through the integration of verbal exploration and symbolic expression in art therapy, her works addressing formative relational patterns, unconscious processes that shape identity and attachment. Ms. Au facilitates carefully paced, in-depth therapeutic processes that support lasting internal reorganization and mature psychological growth.

Ms. Au is currently in private practice at Hong Kong Psychological Counselling Center. Trained in the United Kingdom with master’s degrees in psychology and art therapy, Ms. Au has worked across diverse clinical systems in both the UK and Hong Kong, cultivating substantial cross-cultural expertise. She was appointed Hong Kong’s first school-based art psychotherapist, where she developed specialized interventions for adolescents and families navigating developmental complexity, identity formation, and systemic stress. This work informs her lifespan-oriented clinical perspective and her nuanced understanding of intergenerational patterns.

In parallel with her clinical practice, Ms. Au serves as a part-time lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Education University of Hong Kong. With nearly two decades of continuous professional development, supervision, and academic engagement, she maintains a practice that is both theoretically rigorous and clinically refined.

Ms. Au believes that profound psychological transformation emerges within a secure and emotionally attuned therapeutic relationship. In a contained and confidential space, clients are invited to explore the deepest narration of emotional world, enabling them to move beyond repetitive patterns and toward greater internal coherence, autonomy, and clarity of direction.
